Enforcing immigration law would be a bargain | Washington Examiner

  1. Fencing? Try digging a ditch and dropping in Jersey Walls....then stacking sand filled dry-vans (8'x6'x52') two or three high on top. Try cutting through a gravel or sand filled barrier 16 to 24 feet high, six feet wide. Without being seen. Try digging under it knowing you've got to go down at least 8' to clear the Jersey wall....and over 20 or so feet to clear the wall. It can't be done in the time it takes people to stroll across open ground, so it's a win for deterance for all but the most committed...who still have the Border patrol to contend with.
